If I could give this review a lower rating.. I sure would! Nothing but problems here after not having service for a week due to sims card error and endless hours over the phone between these nut jobs and their "activation specialist" still couldn't activate my phone. Left these clowns for t-mobile and have been loving it.

Fast service. Had to replace my modem, was 11th in line to be seen. I was there a total of 20 minutes. The staff was polite and helpful, I was very impressed.

Check in is directly inside the front door which causes confusion when you first walk in by not seeing the long line along the front window. Also was told by phone representative that my cable box was the problem and needed to replace it. After 2 new boxes didn’t work it was found that an amplifier in the attic burned out. Lost 3 years of irreplaceable saved movies

I got there about 5mins b4 they opened and there were at least 10 ppl in line already and the line grew fast to 20 plus. You have to sign in on a screen at the door, then wait to be called. There were only 2 ppl working. At least they have lots of seats. Most ppl were switching wifi boxes that don't work, as I was, so the exchange was fast. If someone had a phone, it took 4ever. They work hard for their $. Spectrum claims they are so big, well, open another store, or hire more ppl.

I waited a week.they transformed my information when l got it.l went back 3 more times for help.said they did what l asked and they didn't. 4th time said they don't do things that you need and call 611for help.really could have told me 3 visit ago.the worse phone is the one they gave me it's called a 20.good luck on that one.l miss the real Verizon, they help with everything.
