I was discriminated against by this company and I haven't even started yet. I'm very upset in how these people can judge you without having their facts straight. I was blacklisted which is a slap in a face. Light duty? Now I can't get a job because u want to treat me like my value is worthless?! I've gotten a phone call from a person who was very direct. He asked what happened on that day. I was a no call no show. That's b.s. I most certainly did. I called the company kalo and asked him where is the location. He said that he was gonna send me the gps coordinates and bam! he sends me the address and now I am back in ground one. I texted him and called him and zero answer so I left at 9:30 and he message me at 9:37pm but already was on the way home so i aint answer my text because i was driving. I reported on time like i was intended. The fact is I'm expandable to you guys and that's why job turn over rates are so high. Have better customer service skills. It will go long way! I run my own business as well and customer service does me justice! P.s. I have the proof in the voice message and the text. The real question is why haven't this contractor tell you the truth, or maybe you do know, but you dont give a damn?!! Don't be surprised if you have lawsuit on your hands! Because I like money!

OMG I am soooooo sorry for wasting my time and your time filling out an application. I did not know this was that kind of place. I'm glad I didn't pass your behavior test LOL. You couldn't afford this carpenter. You have people with brooms and shovels.

October 4th, Friday, 4:30 PM, I went in to fill out an application and was told by the rude lady at the front desk she's "not doing an application right now". It boggles my mind people like this have jobs.
