This is where I focus most of my work on. I love being apart of the restoration of such a beautiful and important place. I definitely recommend a visit to this wonderful community!

This place is disgusting.... Moksha isnt going to be a event for anyone at this disgusting joke of a "ashram'.Hi Rose, thank you for your feedback. We could use a little more context of what you found disgusting and when you were at the Ashram so we can address your concerns and do our best to improve the areas in question. I don't see any record of you staying with us recently either so am having trouble finding where to begin with the vagueness of your review in making sure your experience doesn't happen again for future guests and what your expectations of an Ashram are.

I look forward to the reopening. It is a great sanctuary for peace and quiet. Everyone working there is kind and respectful. They have many cool spaces to meditate. There are a bunch of hiking trails that seem well maintained. If you are into yoga philosophy this is the place to be.

Beautiful place to visit. Free and open to the public to come and explore, meditate, and relax. Bookstore is very interesting along with a intro video. Lots of programs to try also.Thank you, Lynn. Hope you can come back again soon. Peace and Light

Thank you very much for your interest. The reopening of the Ashram will be on September 8th. All guests will need to present proof of vaccination for COVID-19. We will start with the Integral Sadhana Yoga program, during the weekends. More details will appear soon at www.Yogaville.org. We hope to see you in the near future.
Yes, they have lunch at Sivananda Hall from 12:45 to 1:30. The cost is ten dollars per person. They have a really nice salad selection and vegetarian food served buffet style.
The Ashram and it's boutique remain closed at this time. Thank you for your patience.
Yes, at this time Yogaville remains closed to the public due to the pandemic. There will be a limited reopening beginning September 8. All guests will need to be vaccinated against Covid-19 and be enrolled in the new Integral Yoga Sadhana Programs. More information will be announced shortly. Thank you for your patience.
Hello Carolyn, A re-opening date for the Ashram has not yet been decided. There will certainly be an announcement on our website and social media when a decision has been made. Thank you for your patience.
There is a train that stops in Charlottesville I believe. The ashram can send someone to pick you up. I'm sure there is a fee for the ride. Its just about one hour of driving. Best to call the ashram and talk to Guest services to make sure. Best of luck to you.
I agree with Richard... Call guest services to make sure they have what you need. Timing is also Important as there are various programs going on that you girls and you may want to participate in. Have a Wonderful time...
They have cabins you can rent, and a house. I stayed in a private room that was nice, basic, but had everything i needed.
No. If you enroll yourself in some yoga courses or some workshop (usually lasts a week or two), you'll be living in their campus itself, thereby giving you enough time to explore the area
