Mike was an amazing salesman! He helped me every step of the way. From my first test drive to getting the keys. He even indulged me in my requests for a bow and taking pictures. I bought my wife a 2019 Q8 Prestige. Wow, not only is this a beautiful vehicle, but the buying experience was personalized and seamless. Last week, I called to inquire about the availability of the vehicle. I spoke with Diego and after informing me it was still available, he offered to show me the interior and exterior during a FaceTime call being as though I am not from the Richmond area. Diego and James’ service created a memorable experience for us and was nothing short of stellar. They didn’t just set the bar high, but they have become the gold standard. The next morning, Diego reached out to us to see how the driving experience was back home and thanked us again for our business.
