Needed air in the substitute tire in the trunk that had Been installed to replace a flat.. Jackson and staff filled the tire and examined the flat. Provided option to purchase 2 new tires for front the next day. Scheduled appointment which went perfectly but we decided to have Jackson check the rear tires and learned one had a nail. Replaced back tires, had them aligned and went on our way very happy.

We went into the dealership, just to "browse", we were greeted at the front door immediately and were assigned to Mr. Rory Samson. Let me tell you about Mr. Samson! We have bought a few vehicles in our time, and we have never felt as welcomed as we did with Mr. Samson. At not one point during our visit or during the purchase of our vehicle did we feel any type of pressure or felt that we were obligated to buy the vehicle since we were in the dealership. We had our son with us, and he included our son in the conversations, and if he asked a "teenage" question, he ensured that he answered his question. If anyone would like to purchase a Mercedes, I would definitely ensure that they speak with Mr. Samson! You will not regret the decision to buy a vehicle from him! Thank you Mr. Samson for treating us with such respect and being patient with us.
