I was scheduled to receive 8 boxes on 4/16 between 11:15am-3:15pm and when the delivery driver arrived to deliver my packages he refused the bring the packages up the steps citing that he has "back problems." I called customer support and spoke with 2 supervisors and they assured me that my packages would be reattempted and delivered on Saturday, they never were. I am appalled by the level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers that UPS exhibits and as a fellow business owner, this is a poor business practice. I would like to speak with someone urgently regarding this matter and ensure that I receive my packages TODAY!

Great service. Great shipping service, good people here and better delivery/shipping methods than FedEx in my opinion. REMINDER: You MUST have ID and proof of address if you are picking up the package that was not delivered to your home. Even if its on your phone, that works! Don't get mad at the workers for following the UPS policies. Just bring ID/proof of address.

Nothing but a bunch of thieves. It will say packaged deliverd and nothing would be. This happend to me 2 days in a row. I will not let this go. And when you call absolutely no jo help at all

It's possible it was delivered to the Access Center if you were not around to receive the package. Just call the customer center, from my previous experience, they are very helpful on resolving issues. In case you don't have the tracking number, call the sender of the package for the TN.

Each fraction of their service is different and I find holding the package at the UPS Customer Center easier for me as you never knowing when the driver will arrive. The associated at 70 Gould Ave all know me and are very friendly & helpful. So I rather pick up my package as opposed to waiting for it to he delivered. Fortunately all of my multiple deliveries have been on the small (under 5pds) scale.
You have to call the 1-800 number and they will have someone call you back from there and you will get the number. I now get my packages at a drop off point that is close to your home.
No. The person picking up the package has to be the person the package is addressed to and your identification must match the address on the package.
If the pick up is for items that are already paid for and labeled, it's free. If the items are not yet paid for, then you would have to go on ups' website and enter the weight and height information so you can get a price on the cost of shipping to your destination.
They will make another attempt to deliver. You can also call to have them hold package and you can pick up.
