Ups is the worst.......there timing is off by hours and they come late and throw your stuff and just walk away......SMDH......

Each fraction of their service is different and I find holding the package at the UPS Customer Center easier for me as you never knowing when the driver will arrive. The associated at 70 Gould Ave all know me and are very friendly & helpful. So I rather pick up my package as opposed to waiting for it to he delivered. Fortunately all of my multiple deliveries have been on the small (under 5pds) scale.

I always recommend installing security cameras if possible. There is no disputing it and the UPS union doesn't defend them when caught on video violating their rule of conduct. Instant termination in most cases.
