No they don't carry horse meat. You're not going to find that in the Reno area anywhere. People are pretty protective of our horses in Nevada, especially the wild horses. Why don't you try the elk meat they carry. It's quite delicious and sustainably farm raised. They do have wild boar meat if you want to try that. As for horse meat, I don't know of anywhere in the US you'll find that.

They make fresh ones and usually change up their offerings weekly. It's best to call them directly to see what's in the case, and maybe even what they have frozen if they do that. They're also really good about making up anything you might want if you order it ahead of time.

They do not sell beef broth, however they do sell beef bones to make beef broth.
