Hi Joshua, It will depend on if you're looking for bone-in or boneless ribeye! We always have both in stock. Our choice grade bone in rib eyes run $15.98/lb and our choice grade boneless rib eyes run $16.98/lb currently. Now our steaks vary on size for many reasons, but to give you a ball park, the bone in rib eyes are generally about 1# a piece and the boneless are generally about 1- 1.25# a piece.
