Call customer service after first delivery attempt. Did the shipper already send it out? If not you can contact the shipper first possibly. I’d contact shipper anyway maybe they can request the redirect. Good luck
Actually I’m a female ups driver… they will send it back or sometimes they might knock on a few doors ( a big maybe) if they send it back they will redeliver it next day… I hope you have an email or phone num so the clerk can call you. Hope this helps
