I was so pleased with how much help I got from Mike to ship the item back, as I’m not that familiar with the process. He was very pleasant and professional, which I greatly appreciated. So glad I chose that location

I went to this location recently and as soon at I entered the store it was extremely hot and stuffy and it reeked of body odor. I had to wait in line for a few minutes and contemplated leaving a few times because the smell was so awful I will definitely be choosing a different location the next time I need to drop off a package.

Chelsea was amazing! I went into the store with five bags of Amazon returns to be packaged and shipped. She was very pleasant, personable, and extremely helpful. She didn’t make me feel like I was the slightest bit of an imposition. She even went above and beyond when I mismatched the return codes for two of the items. She went through one of the big boxes of returns and kept looking until she found the right one to match the code. Thanks again for all your help Chelsea. You rock!!!
