Since an abrupt system change almost a year ago their system that reports loan payments to the major credit bureaus has been screwed up. The credit unions response was very minimal for several months and the credit bureau is now not showing any reported information from them. Might be fine day to day but if your concerned about your credit score skip here.

My favorite bank in this area! Amazing customer service, quick and easy to work with. They offered me 3% Apr when other banks were offering 25%. Definately check them out.
