May be better! Customer service skills are low. We were inside to buy snacks and it took 10 minutes to get staff attention to be served, without any other clients inside. Staff should pay more attention to customers and be more welcoming! Thanks

Definitely a Wendy's you will some of the time get what you order but we have had many time where we had to return for items they had forgotten. The worst thing about knowing they consistently mess up drive through orders is driving away without checking the bags. Happened again today, wrong type of nuggets and missed half the stuff for a salad. When we called to tell them they messed up and that this happens all the time their response was "we are just human"... The expectation is that orders are filled according to what was ordered. If working at Wends is so complicated that the human condition prevents acurate order fulfillment you should shut down till a workable business model can be implemented.

The night crew used to be great. Fast hot food and my order was always correct. Not so anymore. In fact it's the opposite. I had to stop going there for my lunchtime because they were so slow and my food was now reliably cold and not what I ordered. What a shame.

Want to see what they give you when you order a Dave's Single? Woman at drive through RUDE when I said I thought my order was missing an item and then this is what was in my bag when I got home. OLD, BURNT and DRIED OUT...inedible. Spent nearly $30 for a bag of burgers which was only good for tossing in the garbage. Wendy's used to be the BEST. It is sad to see them going in this direction.
