I've been going to this jack in the box once almost every week for years after work and order pretty much the same thing. 2 orders of fries and 2 jr. Bacon cheeseburgers. I always ask for enough ranch for my order (1 packet per item) The manager who took my order who I've never seen in all the years only would give me enough for the fries. It wouldn't have been enough to write a review. But both burgers were missing bacon and were super dry. The staff was having a loud argument the entire time they prepared my food. I ordered 2 extra breakfast sandwiches spending almost $30 on 6 items. That is the last time i will buy anything at this location. The fries were really good at least.

Incredibly slow more often than not. Lobby is closed for dine in, and the drive thru is on average a 10 minute wait. Used to have 3 stars because day shift employees are nice. Night shift, not so much.

I have been going to this Jack in the Box since 2018, and they've always been top notch. Somehow their fries are always perfect, nice and crispy even after they aren't piping hot; also, they have never gotten my order wrong, which is a fast food miracle (knock on wood ;) ), as we all know.

Waiting to can oder my food took like 15 mins and only one customer ordered before me, and then later I have to wait more 15 mins to get my order, seem like they forgotten my order, so I have to wait 30 mins so I can finish order and got my food. Need to hire more people pls!
