It was 9:30. It says they close at 10:30. They had me sitting at the drive through speaker nearly 10 mins while they served 4 other cars in front of me. By the time they finally replied told me they were closing early and myself and 3 other cars were stuck in the drive thru while they served the car in front of me, not able to leave. Had they just replied instantly and let us know they were closing early, it wouldn’t have been a problem. They need to hire people that actually care and can handle customer service because this is by far the worst location and the 3rd time this has happened to me.

Came here after Chipotle boned me on my food and lost my business, was SO happy the guy working the drive thru was fast, on top of it and couldn't have been more polite; I could have leaned thru the drivethru window and kissed him.

This is my favorite jack in the box in town. The customer service is always great, and they even remember my order, including no lettuce on my tacos. I've had a few bad experiences at other jack in the boxes, but this place has consistently been my go to fast food place in town. I could not recommend them highly enough. If you are hungry for the good food of Jack in the box, this the one to go to in Vancouver.

This location was on W. Mill Plain Blvd., been here numerous times as we live just down the street. On this day, 7/21, I came up to the drive thru window & was greeted by a young man (cashier), he wasn't wearing a mask (per covid re-opening regulations for restaurants) & so was all the other crew inside the store from what I saw. I was wearing my mask & I asked him where his mask was & he said he has it & I requested that he put it on before he serves me. He did & he must've told the others as I noticed they too had put their masks on. This is a very critical step to protecting them as well as the customer & Management Must monitor these young crew members, educate them enough to emphasize the critical importance of the mask. Note that the drive up window was dirty & dusty. Cleanliness & constant sanitation needs to be a focus at this store.

They follow all rules. No dine in, etc. Just like any other place, you can only get to-go for now. They have the drive thru open
