The GM is such a wonderful lady. Sweet, attentive and supportive of her employees. It was refreshing to see. And she hooked me up. Wonderful experience. The food was warm and balanced. Not too much or too little of anything. Highly recommend.

4 Stars, fast food isn't just "fast food" because no matter the processed foods or whatever, you still need to know how to cook and serve. Employees were nice, and the QR code on the self serve drink machine is nice. However, there was a lot of flies. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I would rather not have a fly trying to land on my food when eating in the lobby. Please fix this issue. EDIT: Thanks for removing the flies, 5 stars.

Just got home for drive threw and this is what I got for my French fries. The fries were soggy and kind of cold. Not what I expected for my meals since 2 meals cost almost 30 bucks. I used to love Wendy's but with this kind of service I doubt I will be going back to this location. Also I asked for my receipt and they said oh its in the bag and low an behold it was not there. Other wise I would have taken there survey this time around.

Wendy's chicken sandwich is my absolute favorite!! This particular Wendy's always has thin, room temp chicken sandwiches. Every. Single. Time. I don't have this problem at any other Wendy's location. The staff seems friendly though.
