Thought that I would be pro active and get my lunch early and I live by this location so went in and ordered my spicy southwest chicken salad and I even said I want it the way it comes with the creamy salsa dressing well I get all the way to work which is the other side of town and when I go to eat my salad it is just lettuce and chicken and that is it so I was so upset especially that the salads are not cheap they are 10 bucks so I go all the way back because their phone does not allow you to speak to anyone on the phone and when I get their the young people acted like it wasn't a big deal and just gave me another salad with an apology that was not sincere and then the red headed gal that was working told me hope you have a better day so that right there she knows that I was upset and they chose to do nothing else in leu of customer service for my inconvenience that I had to come all the way back and that I did not look happy about it at all. I think as a fast food restaurant people come to you for convenience so to be inconvenienced is really disappointing and that no compensation for this is not good customer service I'm not looking for a million dollars but anything a gift card, a meal, a soda, something to show you are willing to go above and beyond as I had to make a trip all the way back for something simple.

I couldn't believe how fast the service was here, within a minute of grabbing my receipt I was being handed my bag of food and drink! I was stunned, everything was there and made to perfection! All the food was so delicious, the employees were amazingly sweet and respectful making us feel like the most important people in the world, and the restaurant was immaculately clean ! I honestly can't wait to go back and have another meal there!

CFA has the best chicken sandwiches of any fast food chain IMO and I've tried them all! I love to take them home and add extras like harvarti, spicy pesto, and homemade pickles like in this picture. If you air fry the chicken at 325 for 5mins putting the cheese on during the last minute and then heat up the bun at 275 for 1min each side, it's perfectly hot! Anyway, back to the restaurant. Every time we've ordered here, it's been no fuss. We also love the app! The service is stellar. All the food is fabulous!

This place is hit or miss. I ordered the large fries today and it was only half full (see picture), and this has happened in the past too. I always add a note in my mobile order to decline a straw/utensils, and half the time I still get one. One time I ordered the cookie crumble yogurt parfait and got the granola one instead. Staff are always friendly though.
