What a joke. Uber Eats driver sat there for over 30 min before I had to cancel. 3 items do not take over an hour to make.

Very poor service, stood waiting for about 5 minutes before having to yell to get attention and get service. People making the food didn't know how to make the items and claimed they no longer had a topping that I could clearly see in their line. The food was put together poorly and the workers were not very friendly and all looked like they hated being at their job. On top that a couple workers were talking to their friends in the lobby, giving them free food and drinks and leaving their work area to hover at their table and chat with their friends while also having a call on speaker phone for the whole lobby to hear and playing around (they apparently think white people don't speak Spanish and can do whatever they want and speak inappropriately if it's in Spanish).

I think I have just found my new favorite Taco Bell. It iss Tuesday night and the crew working this night was outstanding just like the food.I had a terrible experience earlier at the Hazel Dell Vancouver Taco Bell. But the Taco Bell at Vancouver plaza off Thurston Lane brought me to ease with fine customer service well prepared food and satisfactory speed.

Had a really bad Baja Blast and Nachos craving, so that pretty much meant that I HAD to go to Taco Bell. I was a little nervous, trying to judge which one near me had the better reviews since most people were not too kind to either, but despite a line that was quite a few cars deep, a moderate wait and a chaotic-seeming incident with a pedestrian walking up in the middle of the car line to talk to the workers at the window, my order was 100% correct, still fresh after my 10 minute drive home, and a perfect pick-me-up after work.

When the have new hires they are learning how to work at the fast pace of fast food expectations. Sometimes they get it wrong. But if it is every time. They may need to rehire
State and local laws followed.
Service has suffered in the past, my last few stops have been quick and accurate. My problem was dropping in at the peak of the day. Coming in just 10 minutes later than I normally stopped in made a world of difference. Places were clean as well.
