Extremely disappointed with the customer service part of this beautiful place. We called prior to driving an hour to double check the hours of operation since online it said open until 6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm and the woman working in the leasing office was exiting and didn’t even let us explain anything or say what we needed. When I told her online and over the phone it says the close at 6pm she simply replied “well I’m leaving now so you are going to have to come back”, I understand the office was closing in 30 minutes but she could’ve at least be friendlier and act like they care about people renting in there. Won’t be coming back, it might seem like it’s not a big deal but in my opinion the face of the place is the leasing office and her professionalism was extremely poor.

The office staff is awful. They treat people terribly. They are rude & condescending & have no respect towards other people. No one should ever be treated the way they treat people but with the amount of rent we pay here the least they can do is be kind & respectful. I have spoke to other tenants who feel this way as well. There has not been 1 time dealing with them that has been a positive experience. They are always extremely rude & treat you like you’re a second class citizen. The staff should be replaced or should be extensively trained on how to treat people. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I am posting anonymously is because I don’t want to be targeted

I am fortunate to live at The Sylvan in Foxboro, MA. The community is lovely, the grounds are surrounded by beautiful trees and greenery. My unit is spacious and well maintained. The staff are great - responsive and pleasant. I did miss the holiday helper this year - what a huge help that was last year, delivering packages with a smile. It has been a tough year and I feel bad for the staff having to deal with so many challenges. I plan on making the Sylvan my home for years to come. Can't wait for the pool to open!!

I love living here! You do not have an apartment feel . Building is landscaped beautifully ,in a residential setting up on a hill. It's quiet, and senic. Building management is excellent. Neighbors are friendly and pets are allowed. Pool and gym are lovely. Amenities are beautiful. Lynsey, Margie and staff are always there with anything you need! So happy to call this place home.

No. Tenants are responsible for heat, water, electric, cable/internet. And pet rent is a separate amount that will be billed in your rent payment.
Any building with 4 or more floors is required by law to have an elevator, unless it was grandfathered in.
