Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. They will go out of their way to insure you have what you're looking for and are satisfied. Might be (slightly) cheaper products elsewhere, but definitely is worth patronizing for the high level of service you will get.

Purchased a hot tub from them, and an above ground pool. Everything was as advertised and i couldn't thank the help over there enough. Mike is great and stands behind his products and services. John was great and everyone else i've dealt with. I knew nothing about hot tubs or above ground pools, but going through them they will make sure you have the help and support needed to learn!!! Purchased pool last year from Seasonal and communication and service is excellent. Purchased a deck for pool this year and had same great service. Any issues that came up were immediately addressed and fixed by Mike at Seasonal as well as with Bill who installed them. They stand behind service and it shows! So worth doing business with people who you can contact immediately and care about great service. Would highly recommend them.

I wish I could give Seasonal Specialty a 10 star rating. My husband and I have made numerous purchases from them over the years and continue to be impressed with their customer service and products. This year we purchased an above ground pool. We have no experience as pool owners but with the help and support from John and Mike we are well on our way to enjoying our pool. My numerous questions were answered patiently and clearly. They both have gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Their communication is excellent. I cannot begin to thank them and thei staff for everything they have done. I would highly recommend Seasonal Specialty!
