Hi, I am very disappointed with the service and the way this company has charged me and changed the prices. I was payment a long term unit and had my credit card on file for automatic payment. To my surprise, my card was charged double of the amount I was paying. So I thought it was a mistake and they were charging two months in advance, so I called the company and explained. They told me that prices had been increased but they will give a break, so the offer was more than fifty percentage of the initial amount agreed for long term. I was very upset first, to be charged double without my acceptance to the new amount. Second, to make me “happy”. The offered me a rent to be paid more than 50% of the price initially agreed. They never called me or email me in advance to let me know of any changes on the prices, and the person in charged is upset with me because I feel frustrated and upset by the way the company is treating me. He said that it is corporate decisions and thats it. Totally unacceptable the whole experience, Thank you, but Not acceptable
