No clean tables, no napkins had to fit a paper towel and wet it in bathroom to wipe a table. I just wish covid was not an excuse for poor customer service anymore.

Burger’s meat flavor 100% amazing! The fries and onion rings, OK 👌 but the “shakes” nope 👎 they’re not shakes, it’s more like a thick soft serve … didn’t like the banana flavor one. Order wasn’t accurate, we paid $42 for 4 people no drinks, and only 2 “shakes”. The restaurant is nice inside, but they do need more customer service.

The order was messed up. The food wasn't what I ordered. My order came up first and it was wrong. Then my daughter-laws and daughters. The person who took the order was rude. Then for some reason she locked the doors so no other customers could come in. To spend $28.00 was ridiculous for such lousy food. The first couple of times it was very good. After yesterday's experience, it would be doubtful I would return. LOUSY FOOD, LOUSY SERVICE, VERY UNFRIENDLY. 👎👎👎

This review is for Chris. He's the person I get most often when I go through the drive thru, and he is so rude! He seems to always be acting VERY erratic, if you know what I mean. He shouted at me last time for asking to add on a side when I got to the window. And continued to yell at everyone working with him in the kitchen. The same thing happened tonight, unfortunately. He's not friendly to paying customers or the other staff members. I feel bad for them every time I see Chris there. Anyways, food wise, it's mostly good! I love their quesadillas... I just wish customer service was better.
