What an absolute joke ! First of all I had no idea these people are not even judges! The magistrate was awful ! I had photos , estimates , all of conversations via fb messenger and email with the defendant . The defendant installed an ag pool and hacked it ! There are large dents in the pool , it is uneven , the installers broke the track the pool sits on ! The magistrate sided with the defendant because the two installers whom gave me estimates were unable to attend court as they wanted 4000 as that’s what they made in a day or more ! I even asked if I could come back at a later date then with them , the magistrate said no! The defendant Also tried bribing the magistrate upon leaving the court room asking the magistrate if he wanted a pool! The defendant had awful reviews on yelp google BBB, and FB all of which were not taken into account ! One in which the woman’s pool collapsed after filling with water! The magistrate should be ashamed of himself ! I proved w/o a doubt what happened to my pool, all the messages were dated and time stamped showing the conversations /photos with the defendant ! My cc company had refunded me based on the photos and conversations with the defendant and this magistrate made me refund this defendant ! Once again this man continues to get away with ripping people off ! Sorry excuse for a court system !

I wish I could go lower than a one star. This morning, during a raging nor’easter that started last night, I showed up promptly at eight as instructed-only to be told jury duty was canceled! I called four times that morning-the last time at five till eight-and they were still saying to come in. I walked two blocks in sideways rain and 55mph winds, only to be turned away at the door! I had driven through flooded streets and downed trees because they told me to be there. The ride back was even worse-rerouted four times because of downed trees blocking the roads. Way to show your lack of regard for our personal safety and highlight your incompetence, Taunton!! And you wonder why people hate jury duty!

08/03/2017 02:30 pm Sentencing today Michelle Carter Guilty Manslaughter facing 20 year's in prison. Non Jury trial Judge Heard case Judge and will be behind bars for 2.5 year's then parole if she makes it out alive. 2 1/2 Year's Prison !!!

You go back to Taunton District Court walk into the clerk's office which is on the first floor right when you walk in you explain your situation to them the woman at the desk and she will tell you the exact steps to take whether you have to file a motion or not they will walk you through the process and we'll have all the necessary paperwork right behind the counter
