They responsed that i was not there- this is obviously what they do with bad reviews- I was at the Taunton office on April 5th and 12th. Please check your records before saying you have no records of me being at the office. This is the worst office I have ever been to. I showed up for my appointment and checked-in. I was told to sit down. After 20 minutes I asked how behind the Dr. Was running. I was told that "NEED TO BE PATIENT- SIT DOWN AND WAIT" after nearly an hour- I asked again how far behind the dr. Was running. The receptionist HUFFED AND PUFFED and said she would get a supervisor because "waiting is hard" the "supervisor " comes over and says " Oh- the DR Isnt here- he got called away to the hospital at 11- I guess we forgot to call you" I explained that I CHECKED IN and was told to sit down after 20 minutes when I asked about my appointment and the girl shrugged and said "yea- we forgot to call- do you wanna reschedule?" When i finally did see the Dr- he was cold and barely said two words to me. Then they wouldn't send the results to my primary and it took months to have them share the results with my primary. Seriously- this place is the absolute 100% worst. Avoid at all costs!!!
