Great business,,,great work and great guy!!!!!! My Samsung 50 inch TV stopped working and i liked the TV so much I decided to see if I could get it repaired,,, a quick search on the web led me to John's TV,,,,,I called him the following morning and went over some details of TV failure,,,,,I dropped TV off at his shop and was called within days to tell me of the problems he had found and cost of repair......I gave him the go ahead and within a week I was called and told TV was ready for pickup!!!!!!! It was an enjoyable experience,,his facility is very clean and he is very honest,,,,,I would recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!

This is the second time we deal with John's TV for 2 different TV sets of different brands, and we had great service both times. John the owner and the manager always explained up front what the repair process is expected to be like, he knows what is he talking about, he committed to the time frame of doing the job, and he always called back timely if he promised to do so or when we left a message. He also calls later on after the job is done to follow up and make sure everything is running well. Highly recommend for you TV repairs.

Dropped a commercial grade CRT monitor that I use for retro video games off to John that was completely dead. Said he was running a week behind. He called me in a few days and said he found a capacitor that failed on the power board. He also reflowed a few solder joints that he said looked like they got a little hot over the years. Showed me that it functioned before I left with it. It was raining when I picked it up. He was kind enough to cover the monitor with his own sweatshirt and carry it out to my car as it was raining heavily. He repairs much more than TVs, DVD players, Blu-Rays and various other electronics as well. I'll be using him in the future for other repairs and will refer him to anyone.

Yes, I work on all types of audio equipment. What I do is give an exact estimate for repair. How I work it is, if you want to bring it in, I require a $35 deposit for an estimate (payable by cash or check). I'll find out exactly what's causing your problem & call you with an exact price for repair If you fix it, the $35 gets applied towards your repair. If you decide not to fix it or it's not worth repairing, I keep the $35 for my time spent giving you an estimate. I do fix about 85% of the equipment that is brought in for repair. They are worth repairing. I'm open: M-W 8am to 6pm TH-FR 8am to 8pm SAT 8am to 3pm

Unfortunately this is a question that I get 30 to 40 times a month. If your screen gets damaged in any way, it is not worth repair due to the cost of the screens. In order to give you an exact repair cost, I would have to take the TV apart to get the part number but if it is a 65" screen, the average cost including the dud value of the screen & over the road shipping cost, would be $2300. That doesn't even include labor, which is more than you probably paid for the TV new! See the manufacturers will add the dud/core cost to the price of the screen & WILL NOT reimburse us the dud/core screen because it's damaged. Also they can't ship it by FedEx or UPS, they have to ship is by over the road trucking, which adds to the repair cost. Sorry for the bad news but if your going to replace the TV, keep us in mind. I sell LG's products & give you a 2 yr warranty on parts & labor.(does not cover breakage) Also free normal delivery & installation is included. (not covering wall mounting)
