Exactly one year ago I bought a 2020 GMC Terrain AWD from Baglier Buick GMC in Butler. Upon purchase I was told by the sales person that brand new tires were just put on the vehicle. Yesterday I took my vehicle to get inspected and was informed that it would not pass inspection because the front tires were so bad that the cords were showing! Three points! 1. I only put 7,000 - 8,000 miles on my vehicle in the last year. Brand new tires do not show cords after only 8,000 miles of use. 2. Why lie to me and tell me that brand new tires were put on my vehicle. 3. Apparently only new tires were put on the back. What kind of "professionals" only put 2 tires on an All Wheel Drive vehicle!? I called the dealership yesterday to explain my situation and ask why they would do something like this. First call, the operator put me through to a voice mail. Second call, I stipulated that I did not want to leave a voicemail I wanted to actually speak to someone, so she put me through to a different voicemail. Third call, the operator wouldn't even answer the phone, I got her voicemail. After all of those calls and voicemails, I still never heard from anyone! I feel extremely mislead, deceived, and lied to. As if paying $30K for the vehicle didn't hurt enough, now 1 year later it's going to cost $1200 for 4 new tires and an alignment for my vehicle to pass inspection! Just wanted to put it out there what kind of operation this place is running! Highly DO NOT recommend!

Wife looking for replacement for her enclave. Of course impossible task nowadays with finding the right vehicle. Justin was awesome. Listened to her requests, found the perfect vehicle that checked all the boxes. Especially like being able to sit at the round tables by the windows while we talk with the salesman instead of being trapped at a desk. Makes the experience more comfortable. Thanks Baglier and Justin.

Bought a truck on May 11 2022. Jim pine was mine sales rep. He was very easy to work with and made my buying experience great. Thanks to all the hospitality I got from all the staff there I would definitely buy from them again.

I drove 5 hours from Kentucky to pick up my 2020 GMC Sierra 2500. They had the best deal with the lowest miles that I could find within 500 miles from my house. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I worked with Geno over the phone and the whole process was very quick.

Well, the only thing I can tell you is, everyone had their masks on and they even trusted me to take my test drive by myself. Evan Barber, my sales consultant told me, "It was part of there protocol"

Why won't Jerry call my daughter Molly. She is having serious problems again with her car that he personally said he would fix. She stalled on I79 again last night after midnight?

Explain how a lease works and how do I start a lease?

Leases aren't bad and really depends on if you want to keep the car or get rid of it after 2 or so years. Leases vary by length an mileage limits; usually under 15000 miles a year max. Options and various other things can be negotiated at the dealership, but, basically the lease agreement is to keep the car in a good/great condition by the time the lease is up in order to sell it off later. Big concerns come in to play with modifications and what-not with Leases. If you plan on keeping the car then buying is best but if you plan on trading in a year or two then lease is best.
