It’s funny because I went to Baystate to have a specific program of easing my pain in my hip. I show up and I am quickly informed that the type of therapy that my doctor sent me for (ultrasound massage) is now considered to only deliver placebo affects, so therefor is not covered by insurance. Obviously I was very upset but the girls there are all so sweet that they let me know that I could do it one way for comfort or a bandaid or I could do strengthening exercises and stretches and I knew that listening to them was the way to go. I’m still really just beginning my journey here so I can’t tell you how it’s going with the hip….too soon during this request of review! Definitely would come back here again if I needed PT Christine Ferreira

Bay State Physical therapy is the best PT place (by far) I have ever been. Most times I would go a few times then quit because I felt that everything I was doing I could do at home-not with them. The combination of Lexi and Cara was amazing, especially at the beginning. My range of motion improved drastically. After making the decision to stick to land and focus on strength, Lexi did wonders! I always was sweating and was able to see results after every session. Highly recommend this place!!

After my first visit I could already feel improvement in strength/motion. I was shown targeted stretches/exercises to help strengthen areas of the muscle I didn’t know existed and which made a big difference. Definitely recommend Bay State Physical Therapy!
