Horrible. Roaches and rats everywhere. Management does not take care of the buildings. Not a good place to live. Find somewhere else.

Been living here for 7 months now, and it’s been awesome. Super quiet and peaceful, can’t hear anyone else in the building. Maintenance is super fast acting and gets the work done same day/next day. Just overall a great and peaceful environment. Would 100% recommend living here.

We enjoy our new place feel very safe, office staff very helpful! All of my neighbors are friendly with the exception of the tenant above us!! We are now wondering if that's why the apt was vacant. With the assumption all units have rugs, he sounds as if he's coming through the ceiling!! STOMP STOMP STOMP!! Very early very late all the time...We want to stay in the community but another unit!! I would and have recommended Weymouth Commons What I have noticed is Weymouth Commons have not answered my emails or addressed my situation! There are 2 mean women in the office who would rather come to the defense of the person I complained about than help!

I've lived at Weymouth Commons for years, and for the most part it's been an enjoyable experience. The issue i have is the rent increase over the years. It's more than doubled. This year 2022- an increase of 20 percent, which is more than the national average of 17 percent. You would think they would consider the fact that inflation is at an all time high, we're just coming out of the COVID pandemic - people are still recovering from that. I realize that rent is increasing nationally, but If a tenant has been living in the complex for years, they should raise the rent in yearly increments. I want to continue living here, but it's getting too expensive. People are paying more for rent than a mortgage. I made a terrible mistake renting all these years, but you live and learn...
