I have the pleasure experience to be represented by Raipher, P.C. Attorney Lauro, & Victoria Lauro Wright. I will highly recommend these both lawyers. I am grateful to say that their legal team it is professional, and not only that, they are always able to take their time and listen your concerns to help you out. Starting from the secretary way to the top of this firm. I advise you all, before you go to see any law firm, please go to see them. Don’t waste your time going to another places. That happened to me. Since I arrived to attorney Lauro’s office by mistake, both father and daughter were so welcoming and nice to me. I wasn’t their client yet and they were extremely hospitable. Attorney Lauro took his hour chatting with me very nicely. Unfortunately I was referred to another lawyer from the area in Springfield, The name was Dun Phillips. I started my case with them first and I call what I can say was they made me to waste my time, my patience and my hopes!! I wish could go from the very beginning to see Attorney Lauro in the very first time. To summarize my experience, I went to visit attorney Lauro’s firm and Attorney Victoria Lauro took my case right away, she did it all alone with me that day, without of paralegal people. Personally just her and I sat in the meeting room and signed some releases and that was it !! Easy.. not blah blah ..get things done! As I mentioned Victoria Lauro Wright and her father took the case immediately.. not wasting your even though in the middle of Covid pandemic. My case was one of a complicated motor vehicle accident. I had to do some homework like to get the accident report, etc .. I am satisfied with the firm and both Attorneys. Attorney Victoria Lauro, and her dad, treated me very nice always. Attorney Victoria Lauro, always replies all emails quickly. I like the way she relayed the cases with personal experiences. It gave us in some way some type of comfort. Myself experienced some injuries and personal trauma in the car accident and after, that Unfortunately I still not recuperating quite well. The rewarding part was that Attorney Lauro won my case. I only can say that she always knowledge the client’s efforts and that she took her time to meet with me and talk to me several times on the phone. In the other hand this attorney is very compassionate and understanding. I believe her extended experience in the field with Spanish clients and her background, helps her very well to relay with her clients. I experienced myself that choosing this firm to represent my case, gave me the positive confidence that their were going to win my case. I wish the settlement for my claim would be higher due because all of the trauma and injuries cause by this accident. But, I pleased to obtain some $$ after all. I am satisfied with attorney Lauro From the very beginning. This lawyer get to knew you right away and take her time to seat with you and work on your case. Don’t be afraid of lawyer because she is totally opposite of it, when she work with you. Attorney Victoria Lauro is the right lawyer for win a difficult case, plus she is very supporting and diligent lawyer. They are good lawyers. The best in western mass. She also is licensed in NY, I believe .. plus she has a minor in Spanish speaking.. and Spanish speaking legal Secretary ( Very important for ours communities ) plus Attorney Victoria and his father who is a lawyer as well they are fun!
