I made the apt three weeks ago . I am a traveling nurse coming off a six day stretch . I was told when I made the apt my apt was at nine o clock . She called to confirm the apt yesterday and told me to come at 10 . I washed my hair when I got off this morning and was ready to go . I dozed off In the process in trying to kill some time . She called me at 10:11 and asked me was I still coming . I told her I could look to see how soon the Uber would be here . she hang up and told me to call back . She called me back before I could call her back . She was very disrespectful when I told her how far is was. I’m not from here so getting my hair done is very important to me . And for her to try to belittle me is a bit insane because she doesn’t know me from Adam to eve. I wouldn’t Recommend spending your money here. Please go somewhere who understand a human . As a business owner she could have asked me to pay a deposit or make me pay a deposit to reschedule I would have been fine with that .

Loved how hair turned out! Even though it took longer than expected (mostly because I couldn't make my mind up) but Coumba was very patient about it and overall very lovely and pleasant. She really makes sure you get what you want. Definitely will come back! 😊

I got knotless medium-large braids waist length for the first time from this braiding place. The experience was positive and efficient. They started on time and were very nice. The braiding was neat and tight, but not too tight. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be returning. I would suggest you have a picture of your preferred style.
