Always long wait time inside. Need more then one person when 12 people are in line. Even if you reserve ahead of time you still wait behind people getting quotes. Very slow process.

I came in about a month ago on a busy day to rent a trailer. I was frustrated because the line was long, so it took quite a while to get to the counter. I had my young child with me and the lady who helped us was very attentive to her. She was able to keep her occupied while we finished our transaction, which was beyond helpful! I'm very thankful for people like Kat who seem to actually enjoy their job even in stressful situations.

Reserved a month ago. Paid a head of time. Was told we had to drive 50 miles to retrieve the truck from this location. Got here and was greeted by rude people. Now they’re saying there’s no trucks. The people next to us, same story. Shame on Uhaul for stealing peoples money. Absolutely absurd.

Don't come here if you need a truck rental! They are damaged, filthy, oh and good luck trying to contact this manager. I've rented with them more than once due to lack of equipment elsewhere. Each time it gets worse! The staff also eats at the register. Like hold on...I need to finish chewing and put my spread away...give me a min. Then the 2nd cashier thought it would be cute to FaceTime her friend while at the check out area and ignore customers.. Extremely unprofessional facility!
