The store manager Virginia is very very knowledgeable about your facility very kind and courteous gave me a walk-through to the unit showing me the unit that I'll be getting very courteous took the time to answer all my questions give me the specials as far as the discounts between the different units gave me the update as far as the gate that was the exit and how long it would take to be fixed. She apologized for any inconvenience it would be to go out the way you come in, but otherwise then that she was very very respectable and very nice and very courteous and I love doing business with her thank you very much Extra Space Storage
