Before the trip even started the bus company lost the reservation, charged $50 to re-issue tickets & then kept telling us we had tickets when the app & website kept saying no reservation on 4 different people's phones. Finally after posting on Facebook how horrible #PeterPanBusLinesHorrible they are, that is when a real person finally contacted us. Was able to get tickets printed at the Peter Pan ticket counter at Boston South Station because none of the tickets would show. We finally start the first leg & get to Hyannis Station, only for that bus to arrive 20 mins late. The driver of another bus was there to call & get us a bus because the original driver never showed up. This is the worst experience with a bus company. No communication, no explanations, will never use this company again. They're the Spirit Airlines of the ground.

First time taking a 6pm Peter Pan bus from Hyannis to Boston. No social distancing here since the bus almost full. The state of Massachusetts shouldn't let them operate this way.

Very few times to take the bus to Hyannis. And was just told by the driver that my companion and I were in the quiet seat and weren't allowed to talk. Mind you, this is the handicap seat across from the driver, which we have every right to sit in as a blind person, guide dog, and a person with chronic pain. Does that mean Peter Pan might as well tell their disabled passengers that only they have to be quiet despite us whispering to each other. All the while in the middle of the bus everyone else is chatting away. See why they got hit with a suit for not being accessible. Only now they tell blind people to shut up because they are in the "Quiet seat". Just saying I've taken this bus before and never heard of a quiet bus or a quiet seat. I sure didn't buy tickets to any sort of quiet bus, otherwise I would have picked another. Not to mention this is at 9:30am going towards Hyannis on the 5th of July. It's the summer and it's not that early.

Look at their website for schedule info
Yes, but it’s on the Plymouth-Brockton bus line, not via Peter Pan.
Since it is after business hours I would wait till the next day. If it is something to be dealt with at night. I would wait for the bus and speak to the driver about the issue. Hope that helps Good luck
