bus rides are great, my only complaint is how disgusting the bathrooms at the teriminal are. I get it's not completely their fault but those who vist, they should be cleaned more often

Other than that one time, when I was left flailing my arms to the driver (who passed me) at a sketchy bus stop in Fall River, I’ve always had a great experience. LoL

I wrote a complaint to Peter Pan after my second trip with them in a week was in absolute squalor. I initially went through their complain chain of command in order to address this quietly and respectfully, and to afford them the chance to do the right thing. Between myself and my boyfriend, we travel Peter Pan roundtrip weekly, I've never been overwhelmingly happy with the company, but they had never made me choose not to return - until likely now. After receiving my complaint, I was sent an email stating that Peter Pan had resolved the issue. I find that curious, considering that in my complaint I directly ask for a response. I find it suspicious that they were able to resolve the issue, without reaching out to me to discuss the issue. Based upon the concerningly poor customer service, and absolutely unsanitary conditions, I have decided to share my experience, in case anyone else out there would prefer not to travel in literal human waste. MY COMPLAINT: "I am so saddened to write in to you in the state of complete disgust I am in as I sit here on my 4th bus this week in the worst condition of all time. I use this bus company extremely regularly as I live near Providence and my boyfriend in NYC. He and I travel round trip once a week consistently. This week I traveled roundtrip not once, but twice. On both 5pm trips out of NY these buses have been in such an incomprehensibly unsanitary state - that on Sunday I thought it was an unusual circumstance and fluke incident. Now, only 5 days later, I find myself in the same position but somehow dramatically worse. When you elect to travel Peter Pan you know as a passenger that you are sacrificing: comfort, continuity, friendly service at stops, and now sanitation? - all in the name of a cheaper ticket. I understand that 6 out of 10 trips, my outlet wont work nor will the wifi. When you ask the driver they respond "it's an old bus". I know these empty promises when I purchase my ticket. BUT TO LACK SANITATION is a major concern to me. For the second time in one week I am on a bus with less than poor air quality due to THE PORTAPOTTY TOILET SPLASHING OUT OF THE TOILET ALL OVER THE BATHROOM AND FLOOR. This is no longer and unusual occurrence because again - this is the second below acceptable experience in one week. I am wondering how in this day and age, with a western functioning board of health, it is permissible to have portapotty toilet splashing all over the bathroom. I am wondering how the stench was so powerful that the bus driver pulled over on a highway to open the emergency rooftop window in order to stop gagging passengers. Is this an issue that Peter Pan is actively working toward resolving and improving? Is this your company's new standard? Would a Go Bus or Greyhound be a better place for us to take our weekly business - for the sake of traveling in sanitary conditions? Would you advise to us that if we wish to travel by means of bus that does not have feces and urine on the walls and floors that we should seek an alternative company to use? I very seriously hope to hear back soon regarding this matter - as we have many more tickets to book, but are unwilling to accept overflowing toilets. P.S. You're receiving this in the day time, while I am most gratefully not still on the bus where I drafted this complaint - Only because the Peter Pan website and Peter Pan app were both dysfunctional and would not allow me to file a concern (401 error), would not allow me to file a concern (asking for a username and password without an option to create a username and password), I could not file a complaint (no code box visible), and my mom could not file a complaint on my behalf (no code box visible)"

When waiting for a bus you can warm up inside! Too bad the concession stand closes at 5 because I'm sure people who are there later than that wouldn't mind having the option to purchase a drink or something to snack on! Personally I would've liked to have been able to get a cup of coffee to warm up in this crazy cold weather!

You take Peter Pan into South Station Boston then transfer to Concord Bus Lines which drives to and drops off at Eastern Slopes Inn in N Conway
Today there are Peter Pan buses that leave the Fall River bus terminal for Providence at 12:05, 2:05, 4:50 and 6:50.
Yes you go from fall river to Logan. They take you to providence 1st then logan from there.

Not sure, but I think the bus to Boston runs every hour/hour and a half. You can call Peter Pan and they will give you the time.
