What should I bring to treatment?

You should bring a legal form of identification (i.e. driver’s license, passport) and a credit card or other form of payment to cover any insurance copays. Also bring your insurance card and contact information for friends, family and healthcare professionals with whom you want to keep in touch while in treatment. You should also bring a list of prescribed medications you take and the doses you require. Make sure to bring enough medication that will last you for a few days. In addition, you may bring pajamas, casual and gym clothes, sturdy shoes, toiletries that don’t contain alcohol, and a small amount of cash for personal expenditures.
