My wife and I visited Best Buy looking to get a graduation gift for our son. We were in the computer/laptop area for only a few minutes when someone offered to help us. The employee was very patient w all my various questions. He understood the the details and features I was looking for in a laptop and we were able to zero in on a specific device pretty quickly. And as I give only 4 stars, that is more on the industries lack of more affordable yet still powerful devices (if RAM is so important 8 Gigs should be the standard for entry-level, not 4).

Customer service is horrible. Nobody willing to help or have enough product knowledge. Sales reps to lazy to check if a certain camera is available in stock that resulted me making wrong buy. Recommended me the wrong overly priced Canon Camera and because I opened the box I was charged $195 restocking fee. Even without using product. Seems like a scam tactic just to collect funds from customers. That’s not it though. I payed in cash and Best Buy wouldn’t give me cash back for my return. They said even though I paid in cash, I would have to wait 5-7 business days to receive a check by mail. So basically 2 weeks. Best advice, Walmart, Target, Amazon etc. is the way to go. Better customer service and easier return/exchanges without a catch to buying a product that you may need to exchange or return.

Excellent experience after disappointing time at Verizon. Need a new phone. Super helpful sales clerk told me about different options and explained the process to me in understandable terms. I felt valued. The transaction went smoothly. Just need to wait for my phone to arrive in the mail. This Best Buy has plenty of parking. Easy in and out at a traffic light. Lots of other stores/restaurants nearby.

They do not sell replacement remotes for that model in store, but if you have a Geek Squad Protection plan they can ship you a replacement one for free. Otherwise they have parts replacement called PartStore, that you can access online.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 uses an USB type C plug. I am not sure about your Chromebook, however, the latest models also use the USB type C plug.
The Lancaster store does not sell them. They do sell them online though.
There is probably a charge for recycling in store on tvs (a charge from the state that the plant would also charge)

I would call the store. I remember seeing a sign about Verizon, but I don't recall ever seeing one for any other carriers.
Manufacturers will not cover accidental damage, but if you purchased a geek squad protection plan then it can be fixed. If you are unsure about having one you can always go into the store and they can print out your receipt for you.

Yes they do. There is a small gift card kiosk at the front of the store as well as gift cards cross-merchandised in different departments. There is a second location for Steam Gift Cards in the video game department in line with some of the games and accessories.

I'd research the value of your cameras, lenses, bags, etc. Then, consider posting them on LetGo, OfferUp, eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Seller's Community in your area, etc. You'll usually fare much better doing that than selling them to a reseller, IMHO. You're not speaking directly with Best Buy new ask you a questions they are catered towards regular people like yourself the best bet would be to call in to the help desk at Best Buy and they will be able to let you know if they have the item that you're looking for sorry I couldn't be more of help
If it wasn't purchased at Best Buy and you didn't get Geek Squad, you'll have to contact Nikon and have it shipped to Nikon and the will charge you if it's outside the warranty, but if you did get it there and your purchased Geek Squad within the time period, you take to Geek Squad and they'll send it out to get fixed
