A must stop while in the Providence area. Historic Federal Hill Italian! Been in business 98 years! Must be doing something right! Love the French fries and Sausage!

What's with the Mask lady? Not sure what her role is but she is annoying directing patrons and staff around. Impossible to hear when she speaks. However, good food slightly spoiled by her....

Saw on DDD and had to stop when we got to RI. Staff was super friendly and brought us out things to try before we ordered. Was planning on getting a meatball Sandwich until I tried the Veal and peppers and so happy I switched my order to that. Extremely affordable and absolutely delicious

Classic place. It's like an Italian Sunday family dinner. Great food and drinks. Very reasonably priced. Just wished the meatballs were bigger for being $2 a ball.

Is it normal for this restaurant to serve pieces of garlic bread (2 pieces of toast cut into 8pieces) with little to no butter and garlic? Then once returned to the table with hunks of minced garlic retoasted and burnt on the same bread returned

Hi Sherel, we are so sorry about the garlic bread. This is not up to Angelo’s standards, quality is our highest priority. Our garlic bread should always be fresh and full of flavor. I’m so glad you brought this to the Manager’s attention and this will not happen again. We look forward to you giving us another shot. We hope you enjoyed the cannolis!
