We recently purchased a new entertainment center from Mor Furniture. Yesterday they delivered it! Not only did the entertainment exceed our expectations, but the team who delivered it were extremely professional. Several days ahead, a young man called to confirm that we were ready for the delivery. Then I received a text which led me to a site that would track the delivery. I watched it, and it gave a 30 minute window. As the morning went on, the tracker adjusted itself by a couple of minutes, and they arrived exactly when the tracker said. Very impressed with Mor Furniture. Will shop there again.

They havent opened customer service yet. We had the same problem and ended up driving down 3 times to check on our couch before we finally got it. Their service has been horrible! They also close at 1 on wednesdays and are closed on Thursdays and Fridays. I would go down and get your money back.
Call the company, they are really good at helping.
We been buying from mor furniture and been getting hard wood kitchen table and are bedroom set and liveing room set for a great price more for your money then Ashley's furniture they are to high class and ask more for there stuff i been going to mor furniture for 10 year and never had had a problem with there stuff and they treat you like a like home
I deliver for temper-pedicure and Sealy mattresses. But they do carry more
