Front desk staffs service is very poor and I get couple of times last minute appointment cancelation notification which is not good professionalism attitude

Horrible reception and customer support! i have been calling for 6+ months to make an appointment to get my contraceptive removed and reinserted, all i’m told by the so called “receptionist” each time I call is that a nurse will return my call and set up an appointment. I have never received a call in the last 6 months. Also, a family member of mine was told you had to go in person to make appointments, something I was never told. Why in the world would I drive to the clinic to make an appointment for who knows when?

I called today make and appointment with any Dental doctor but the representative told me that they are not accepting new patients, she said maybe in 7 months, also they don’t provide extraction service en that place, I would like please to correct this issues because this affect our community, all we know that Charles River Community Center has a new building, and we expect that they provide extractions and other services in Dental Department.

The phone systems have been an “issue” for months. I left messages by phone and on the patient portal service online to try and make appointments with my doctor And nobody would return my call. If it wasn’t for my phone appointment with my therapist I would of never been able to make an appointment with my doctor. Every time I check in for my appointments either I’m waiting in a long line or there’s no line at all and the women at the front desk ignore you and chat it up like it’s their job. I find it rude and unprofessional. My last visit the assistant had an attitude with me because she is unable to communicate properly and took it out on me. After this I’m not returning back here it’s too stressful. This place lacks professionals. I’ve given this place many chances and the only reason why I’ve stayed is because my therapist is amazing. It’s really unfair to the doctors who have patients not returning because the operations ran here is terrible, the administration service is a joke and the assistant staff have bad attitudes, lack patience, empathy and communication skills to patients who are sick. - goodbye from a patient of 3 years.

It's Just like that way trying to get through.. your best move is try sending a message to your provider through they're internet port. I'm just not sure what it's àl actually called but I'm fairly sure it can be found by googleng it some times they go by C3 instead of the whole name or try the other location in Waltham maybe they can help you out.
Yes! The Brighton pharmacy is open to any patients with a valid prescription
