Picked up a little one-eyed damsel for a dollar-fifty. He was very shy at first and hid. But now has settled nicely and loves zipping around with his friend, Cleo. He is cute always in and out of caves and crevices. Glad to have met him here at Petco. Service is generally good at this location except they need more fish people the wait can get crazy when the single staff member is occupied.

STAY AWAY. I came here yesterday with my toddler son to get stuff for our fish at home and he was looking at fish food and put back. As we were leaving, this old man working there confronted us and said “excuse me, are you just going to leave like that?” We were confused and asked what he meant and he said my son messed up all the fish food but he only looked at 1. He insisted he took 3 and asked if he’s usually like this at home. We were dumbstruck because 1. He is a 2 year old, how do you expect him to act like an adult? 2. He has no right to ask how we parent and how he behaves 3. How is this customer service acceptable? 4. The section was already messy when we got there so why are we held accountable? You are better off going elsewhere. Worst customer service ever.

We were in Petco yesterday and purchased 100 goldfish. We had Katya wait on us and she was extremely helpful and patient. All the goldfish survived a 2 hour drive because of her care.

My two beautiful Maine Coons are very fussy eaters and only want Soulistic Salmon Tuna Pate, thank goodness Petco stocks it and if I shop right after the stock the shelves I can be assured of sufficient food.
