It used to be great. Going down hill, leaving a line of people to the door and one of the four men working there had something he HAD to do. I miss the young lady they used to employ who was always willing to help out.

Slowest store around! I'll go to Riverview because they usually keep a register specifically for Amazon QR returns and it makes things quicker. I just waited over 20 min to scan 1 code in Sun City. Get it together.

I had an issue regarding getting some licensing information processed that needed quick attention. Another company that was supposed to help me cancelled at the last minute due to staffing issues. I called John (Mgr) at this location and he rendered immediate and expert assistance even though his store was very busy as usual. Thank you John. This UPS store gets my vote for printing and mailing solutions here in Sun City FL.
