Is this pool open to the public/non residents? Is there a fee for use, if so where do I pay?

Open to the public. You should purchase pass at the main or south club house but they have specific hours that children are permitted to be at the pool. Not sure of what the times are but the club house should be able to tell you.

$2.50 per person per day and that covers everything. Pools, Clubhouses, Etc... You can buy your visitor passes at either Clubhouse. Enjoy!!!
