I was not examined, was told I had a respiratory infection, give a shot by someone who never gave an injection, and was told I didn't need antibiotics. I did need antibiotics, I still do! I have not been able to rid my body of this infection yet, I need antibiotics to kill this infection! Please, help me!

The worst ER visit I have ever had ! Avoid this ER if at all possible.the doctors were great but the nursing staff could use further training. The radiology dept personal were excellent. As a retired ER nurse I was extremely disappointed in the nursing care

I was surprised that an ER waiting room had no supervision. I couldn’t find staff. Finally I used emergency wall phone for cardiac emergencies because I was choking. Someone came out shortly. Dr. was comforting and explained plan of action. Nurse was a little stressed I sensed. All in all I would prefer to find another alternative to this E.R. due to the slow response time and number of people in waiting room.
