Brought my daughter in for a visit. The office was very clean and nice. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and got us right in. The nurse and PA we saw were very friendly and put her mind at ease. If we need urgent care again we'll definitely visit this office.

This WellNow Urgent Care were very polite & hospitable. They ask several times checking to see if I was comfortable. Really listen and care, the wait wasn't even long. Felt so good that in these times that kindness still real.

i came in as a walk-up tonight for what i thought was a broken finger (it was just dislocated, yay!) and i cannot say enough great things about the staff, and service i received. i was greeted by two very nice receptionists and was brought back to a room immediately. a nurse came in and took my info and vitals, and i had a doctor in the room within minutes. i appreciate the urgency. the doc was so kind and personable and made a scary situation lighthearted which i loved. the x-ray tech was so sweet and understanding, and i appreciated her help as well. i was in and out of the place within the hour with a fixed finger and i cannot say thank you enough for the amazing care. and for making me feel like a human, not a customer! i would recommend this location to anybody.
