The clinicians are very good, but the facility is filthy. Exam beds are torn with cushioning exposed(infection control hazard), ceiling tiles are stained, main exam room has clutter, staines and chipped paint on walls, dingy privacy curtains, and floor is filthy. Waiting room is crowded with no social distancing in seating or standing, and no attempts to do intermittent sanitizing. Pens and tablets are not sanitized between patients,.

After 3 years they decided to audit their accounts and send me a bill for over $200. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I don't doubt I never received a bill. My son had to go there last year and changed my address at every one of the 8 visits we had there and they STILL could not send the bill to the proper address. To top it all off, the folks at the front desk were the WORST! Dr Scordino was lovely, but not lovely enough to have to deal with the people ever again!

I’ve been coming here for about a year with a knee issue that resulted in surgery. Each visit’s check-in has been courteous and efficient. My wait times were not long for either Dr. Polishchuk or his PA, Joe Isgro. Both are very knowledgeable, explained everything and answered all of my questions. Check-out was also quick and efficient. The only reason for 4 stars is there has been an insurance issue that has taken me many phone calls and I’m still not sure have been resolved.

The wait here even when you have an appointment is just not acceptable. However once you get called in the staff is very friendly and helpful.
