Very untrustworthy business, I dealt with Craig who was sketchy at best, he tried to bully me into a bad deal as soon as I walked through the door and he also wasn’t knowledgeable on the worth of my item and went as far to say that my gold was worth less than those little fake gold chocolate coins. Why even say something as outlandish as that. Unless you just don’t care ridiculous people here.

SCAM! BEWARE! These people will undervalue your metals and overvalue theirs. There are better places to bring your precious metals in the twin cities. Just look at their office space and the way they conduct business for proof.

I took some gold there this week and the staff was extremely friendly and gave me a great price for my item right away--over $1100! The reviews that I had read in advance were right, they are the best place to sell gold, silver, precious metals, and diamonds. I even learned a few helpful tips about precious metals and stones from the staff member and another customer! Also, the staff member was honest with me about a ring that I could likely sell online for more money. For me, that makes me recommend them even more--honesty is hard to come by these days. I was really impressed with my experience there. Thanks!

I have been here a few times to scrap some old metals that I have had for awhile with no clue what to do with it. No pawn shop would take it, but these guys paid me good money for my pieces as well! I was able to sell some old pieces of copper, never new copper was worth that much. They're customer service was exceptional as well, just how it should be, quick and to the point. No bull, no unnecessary questions or small talk, just business, and on your way, but they're still friendly and courteous.
