Hi Audre! We have six expert goldsmiths and a Certified Gemologist Appraiser on staff who would be happy to help! All of these services are handled in house. Appraisals are $100 for the first item (and $75 for each additional item). Sizing starts at $50 for gold and $95 for platinum. We would need to see your ring in person in order to provide a quote for tightening the diamonds. Thank you!
