Thank you Bill!!! What a fabulous experience today being fitted for skates! After some adult ice skating lessons in Inver Grove Heights, I was interested in having my own skates instead of renting. Strauss was recommended. I was unsure about the process, but Bill put me at ease immediately. I tried several styles, and with Bill's expert guidance, settled on the perfect pair. Comfortable surroundings and friendly staff made fitting and purchasing a breeze. Answered all of my questions, and I came away feeling knowledgeable and truly satisfied with the choice to visit Strauss. It's easy to see why people come to Strauss from great distances! I'll be back!

I yook my sons bike to their bike shop. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. It was also fast and friendly service.

brought a bike in for a broken bottom bracket, turn around time was slower than stated and upon pickup asked for paperwork indicating what work was performed and what parts were installed. They seemed confused and kept referencing the receipt...in short, customer service was subpar and it really felt like they take priority over skate repairs or issues. To be fair, they are not a bike shop even though there is a section in the back for bike repairs.
