Came here specifically because I was trying to a support small local business. However, when I needed to ship something via UPS, they tried to charge me for what would have been approximately a foot of packing tape (to close the package and affix the shipping label). I’ve shipped many items using “regular” shipping stores (UPS, FedEx) before and have never been charged the nominal price for a piece of tape. If this place wants to call itself a “shipping center” I would recommend it not nickel and dime its customers who are trying to ship with them. Will not be back.

I've been coming here for shipping services since 2010! Greg and his crew know what they are doing. Most times, it's easier for me to drop off items and let them package them.

We can accept Amazon returns if you have the return label. If you print the label and tape the label to your box there is no Charge. If we print the label and/or have to tape your box there will charge a small fee. Please note we can not print labels form the QR codes. QR code must go to a Branded "The UPS Store" which we are not. We are a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. Hint when choosing your return method select UPS drop off points not "The UPS Store" to save yourself time and gas. We Appreciate your business!
