I adopted my 9 year old husky last year. Her previous owner passed away so as you can imagine she has a lot of anxiety and has been through a lot. This vet has done nothing to help me with my dog. I brought her in a few months ago for the separation anxiety to put her on some sort of anxiety medication. They wouldn’t give me anything for her and recommended a calming spray… I’ve been giving my dog Benadryl trying to help her calm down. I called desperate for anxiety medication because we can’t leave her alone for more than 3 hours without coming home to our doors being eaten and framing ripped up. And they still wouldn’t give me anything for her. When I called desperate they recommended a trainer…. For a 10 year old distressed poor dog. Do not go here. They have done nothing but charge us hundreds of dollars and not help us with anything. Thankfully I have a client that works for a different vet that will 100% put her on anxiety medicine so my dog doesn’t have to suffer any longer and we can leave the house to go to work or the grocery store and not have to worry about our poor dog harming herself.

Dont take your elderly dogs here please. The vet basically tried to talk me into just putting my dog to sleep. I have since found a much better vet who has helped my 13 year old dog get the spring in his step back. The vet here had no heart. She stood over me and talked down to me and brought me to tears and almost convinced me to just give up on him and i am so glad i got a second opinion.

I was pleased with the care I received, for my beloved Buttons. Dr Oak and her staff acted in a professional manner, and discussed with me the necessary procedures that would take place for her appointments. The staff went out of their way to assist me whenever Buttons had an appointment. I’m on oxygen, and I’d pull out front, call, and a member of the staff, would come out and get Buttons, and also bring her out to me, when she was ready to be picked up. They were always pleasant. No matter what the appointment, there always was a follow-up call, making sure everything was alright.

Great doctors and staff. I switched to Banfield after a "reputable" practice pulled some shady actions with pricing and recommended unneccessary treatment and could not be happier. My pup receives great care and I am listened to. Also the care plans offered are awesome.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
